Today I went into my "goals" section and took a look around. I was thinking about changing my weight loss goals. I decided not to and just closed out of that screen. I have lost some weight, so when i closed out, the system recomputed my calorie needs a cut my daily calories by 100 calories. Should I go through this process every few weeks? Or is cutting my calorie intake every few weeks a bad idea? Thanks. I am now at 1700 calories per day, however, I was at 1800 prevously.

Weekly may not be a good idea depending on your eating habits and weight. But if you can do it, perhaps every 2 - 4 week keep bringing it down to no less than 1200.

If you're losing steadily, keep it as it used to be, when your body plateaus, only then re-evaluate that sh1t!!!

Every Ten lb. loss you should evaluate your progress and goals. Take measurements, weigh in and go through the calculators again at http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools get your BF% goal weight....everything and then adjust MFP as you see fit. Good job on your progress thus far.
