Circuit challenge! Can be done at home!

Here's the small circuit that I do at home on off days from the gym. Try it out!

10 pushups (chest to floor)
10 chair dips (butt to floor)
10 overhead lifts (I use a backpack filled with weights. About 50 lbs)
10 full sit ups with feet under chair
10 high knee jumps

Do this circuit 5 times for time. 250 reps total. My time for Sunday was 6:22. I dread this far more than any of my lifts! Enjoy friends! Lol. Post your times and don't forget to send me an add! Have a wonderful day!
