    How long have you been in a calorie deficit?

    What do you do for exercise?

    How long have you been plateaued?

    What does an average week look like?

    Have you made any changes lately?? Did you have a lot of sodium over the last few days? Are you undereatting?? All of these things can slow down progress, or keep you from losing weight at all.

    I started tracking my potassium, I wasn't taking in enough and I was working out it was causing a dangerous conflict that haulted my progress. I had lossed 20 lbs and then had no progress for 2 weeks. You can change the settings on your food diary to track a variety of additional things. I added potassium and sodium to mine.

    When you only have 15 lbs to lose they come off very slowly. It's just how it is, though I agree it is very unfortunate. You may need to up your food intake and also seriously kick your own butt with exercise. Those last few pounds (or "vanity pounds") never go away easily.
