I need to add extra protein to help a stubborn wound heal. Looking for a decent tasting protein powder. Suggestions? Thanks!

Optimum Nutrition 100% whey gold standard

Body Fortress at Wal-Mart for $14.99 for the large tub... I think the taste is great. I don't feel like I'm drinking the "whey." The basic flavors are chocolate, vanilla and fruit punch. Certain stores will also carry the Cookies n Cream (which is my fav-I think it's amazing) and Peanut Butter Chocolate. You may also find the basic flavors at your local grocery store or CVS Pharmacy (depending on where you live). 26 grams of protein per scoop, 140 calories. I also use it to make protein treats/meals like oatmeal cookies, pancakes, protein balls, no-bake cheesecake, etc.0
