    If you go to www.atkins.com and click on recipes it has some great low carb food ideas, you can search by "phase" (the lowest meaning th smallest amount of carbs) or search by cuisine. Hope this helps! I'm eating low carb too, and barely ever feel deprived, especially with a big cup of coffee in the morning with artificial sweetener and whipped topping on it :D Good luck!

    Thanks! That is great info! I will check out atkins. I have hit a wall with weight loss and my trainer suggested no or low carbs after 3pm!
