I'm Emilye S. Looking to get toned and get off the weight gain roller coaster, hope to stick around for awhile :)
brief overview: 3 years ago 189lbs (ill never forget that number)
Sometime later...got down to 139
Now, I'm 148 looking to get down to 130 with a lot more muscle

    My number match yours exactly, but I am at the high end right now.
    I was 135lbs 4 years ago, and just a few months ago was 180.
    I have dropped 10lbs but I want to get back down to my skinny jeans weight!

    What did you do to lose the weight?
    What do you plan on doing to lose and tone even more?

    My husband and I have both gained 40+ pounds since we met, especially since the wedding last summer and are eating healthy and planning our meals out together, and also working out 3-4 times a week. We need all the encouragement we can get.
