Hey guys!
Anyone completed Les Mills Combat? I ordered it and plan on starting the end of February.
My knees are not that great; did I order the wrong program? I'm not an Insanity girl but I have done TurboFire and Tapout and love those.
Thanks!
Jackie

If your knees can handle Turbo Fire, they can handle Combat. I am in week 6 of Combat and I have bad knees as well. I just did the modifications through my round of TF, and am doing some modifications in Combat. As long as you keep the intensity up, the mods are fine for bad knees.0

I take Combat in a group fitness format. I am guessing the at home videos are similar. Some of the modifications given are walking in place during shuffles, high knees, and jump rope as well as a side step instead of the sideways shuffle. I love combat, enjoy!0

You can modify any moves that are tough on your knees.
