27 pound plateau

Hello, I've lost 27 pounds since the end of October, so yay!
Downside--I've been stuck here for a few weeks now, and I'm not really sure what to do. I generally eat around 1200 calories a day, and I have mild hypothyroidism and take my 50 microgram pill every morning. I don't think this is a genetics thing since I spent the majority of my life at a much lower weight than I am now and my whole family is thin. Most of my weight loss thus far has been from just less and more healthily rather than exercise since I am incredibly busy (working on my BA thesis). Any thoughts?
