I am new to the site and would appreciate any help/support for other members. I am trying to lose weight through calorie reduction and exercise. So any good tips would be greatly appreciated. My calorie intake right now is approximately 1200per day and exercise is at least four days a week at the gym doing treadmill intervals and some strength training. I started on March 23, 2010.

Welcome! It all come down to portion control and moderation. Weighing and measuring your food. Get in your water. Meal planning is helpful too. Find a great support system. Baby steps~ don't take on to much at once. Good luck to you on your journey to finding the new you.0
