Evening hunger

I seem to be the most hungery in the evening. I've tried saving some calories for the evening, but I still seem to struggle. I have thought about adding more protein to my diet. Is there any high protein (low calorie) choices to help my hunger pains?

Protein shakes, lean meats, fish, and egg whites.0

I was too-I increased the amount of fat I was eating (within my normal caloric goal)-avocado, salmon, nuts, egg with yolk, then I'm not starving at the end of the day0
