      Awesome!! I love the analogy about the Big Mac. This is so true. It's all about calorie intake, although working out and being active is excellent and fun! It's not the key to losing weight. I still see myself as 240 lbs, even though I weight 155 now. I run into more people who don't understand that statement than ones that do.
