I hope you all are having a great Saturday, weather here is great!! I would love to be at the park walking on the trail, but I have to clean house today for Easter Sunday dinner.
I am just curious, I have started wearing a pedometer. I know the recommended steps a day is about 10,000. Can I count this as exercise? If I can't I am screwed! :ohwell: I walk alot at work and of course when I get home, you know Mom's 2nd job.

Any ideas?

Also, everyone have a great and blessed Easter! :flowerforyou:

Walking is what I do for my exercise. Just type in walk in the exercise search and pick which one fits you. Have a Happy and Blessed Easter to:flowerforyou:

Thanks, I will learn all the ins and outs of the website before long, maybe!

    Hi
When you joined the site and set goals you selected an activity level for your daily routine, eg sedentary, lightly active, mod active, etc. So some of these calories will be accounted for there. You could either up your daily activity level or count the walking you do (or a portion of it) as "exercise" separately. You may have to tinker with the site a bit and see what works for you.
