Almost at goal weight but struggling

Today, I am 4lbs off my goal weight. I have been trying for the past 5 weeks to get to it, but while I have managed to shift the 3lbs I put on at Christmas, I cannot get past 8st 9lbs. I am not allowed to weight lift or do crunches or anything like that for health reasons and walking just isnt cutting it. It seems like so little, but I am only 4ft 10 so every lb counts. Ideally I would like to lose another 7lbs. Ideas and friends more than welcome!

    that's got to be SO frustrating!.....but at least you know you are doing right by your body - - eating your fruits & veggies...and moving and getting good exercise when you can......

    and those last pounds WILL come off!........i am sure of it!

    Can you get access to a pool? There are a lot of exercises that can be done just in the water even walking in the water is a lot more resistance

    That is certainly an idea. I used to swim a lot but the membership was so expensive! There is a public pool near where I work so I might be able to go there schedule permitting. :smile:
