Hello All!
I am normally a very energetic person, but since I started cutting my calories and all with MyFitnessPal, I have really lost my energy. I understand I am nearly halving my nutrition intake, but I really feel crappy.
Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone have any tips to help?

Exercise always helps me feel a little more energized and sleep better. Then I feel more energized because I slept better.
I know my energy levels fluctuate greatly based on hormones. I'm not doctor, but I'd imagine that changing your diet, exercise and all the emotions that go into dieting can affect hormones too.
Eventually it will get better. Just keep at it. And remember to drink lots of water.0
