wherever you need it to create a calorie deficit...
There are certain micronutrients typically contained in fats, protein, and carbs, so USUALLY you need something from all to get adequate micronutrient content from your food without supplements.
There is no magic ratio though.0 -

It really depends on what your needs, goals, and preferences are - so obviously it's a wide & unique range. I started out with higher carbs at 55, then 30 fat & 15 protein. After a couple weeks I decided to up my protein ratio to see if that had any effect (so 45/ 30/ 25) and I had more appetite control.0

Really just trial and error find out what works for you. Personally I do better with higher protein than carbs so I'm at 35/40/25 right now but I'll re-evaluate in a month or so.0

I like 40/30/30 - depends what works for you.0

There is a reason they write books called 40/30/30. I have found that a 40/30/30 way of eating (not diet) is the best for appetite suppressant and weight loss0

It is mostly what works best for you. There is no magic percentage for weight loss.
Mine, for example, is 35C/30P/35F0
