My biggest thing in weight loss is sticking with it. I really have no friends here to encourage me. I really try then I get bummed and waste a whole weekend eating to forget. This tends to be the norm for me. I really need some people that I can have contact with daily. I sign in everyday at least 3 times a day when you keep coming on here and u have no friends and no encouragment I think why try. I really want to loose this extra 30 lbs i out on since getting married. I cant stand to look at myself anymore. None of my cloths fit anymore. I dont know what to do should I just be happy with how I am now.

    You need to do this for YOU! You CAN do this. Dont sell yourself short! I know how you feel though. Just dont ever give up! EVER! As long as you keep trying and take one day at a time you WILL eventually get there. Weight loss is hard and is something you have to work at.

    What has helped me a lot is going to the message boards...especially the chit chat area...there are some very funny people here that help that help take your mind off food...feel free to add me!
  • Girl you can do this. Go to message boards and find people with common interests,people who are on here every day and are supportive. Look at my list of friends. I got lucky and have several who are quite awesome. I didn't know any of them prior to being on MYfitness pal. Honesty and accountability .
