Eating below suggested calories/day good or bad or mutual

So today is my first day on MFP, so far i love it. Everyone is so friendly! but my concern is i had a late breakfast, yogurt and a cup of OJ then i had a really late lunch around 5 PM. which consisted of a Boars head sweet ham, boars head pepper jack cheese, martians potato roll, and stop and shops yellow mustard w/ an orange and a glass of water. BUT my suggest calories have 1262 remaining. Is this okay? or should i work on my eating habits? or timing? I'm not as hungry as i was in the past, and i dont know if thats good or bad. But i lost a big portion of my appetite. i realize its only 5:23 PM EST and i still have a few hours to eat, but what should i eat? Dinner? Snacks? If so what sort of snacks.
