Two eggs, one very ripe banana, a dash of cinnamon, and a blender. :3

I love regular buttermilk pancakes - and eaten in moderation (one serving) they are not high in calories. I also use sugar free syrup

    Try crepes instead:

1/2 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour (sifted) (wheat flour produces a denser crepe)

    1 eggs

    1/4 cup milk

    1/4 cup water

    1/8 teaspoon salt

    1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.

    2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

    3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, flip and cook. I have trouble with this step so I usually have both a pan and a griddle heating so can just flip the crepe onto the griddle to finish cooking while I get started on the next one.

    4. Roll with favorite fresh fruits, jams, or marmalade.

This is two servings, but the batter will refrigerate for the next day. It is about 200 calories per serving for the crepes themselves.

    1/2 cup heart healthy bisquick
    1 tsp vanilla flavoring
    2 pkg truvia
1/2 cup skim milk, enough to make
    batter thickness you want.
This is very low fat and tastes much
better than it might sound, I use it
    for waffles all the time.
