Hello everyone !! I am not new but I plan on starting the Body for Life Challenge for the 2/11 start date. I just wanted to let everyone know that I might need some encouragement and if anyone else is starting the program, let me know perhaps we can move each other forward :)

    The challenge is everywhere... There is not a single group but everyone is join via the online forms and a trying to connect via the internet and on the BodyForLife.com website.

    I am in Metro Atlanta area :)

    I've done the Body For Life Challenge before. I made it about half way thru and tore a deep abdominal muscle (i have problems with my connective tissues). Any way Loved it and the results I was seeing.
    I just need to get myself to the mind set to be that committed again. I'm a single mom now, wasn't before. So it feels 1000% harder.
    But! Stick to it!!!! I might need to dig my book back out, and take my "before" pics. Thanks for issuing the challenge!!
