I never know what to eat to keep calories low I literally eat like the same thing everyday because I know that it keeps me right at 1300 calories which is what MFP suggests I consume. How can I change this, what do you do that you've had success with? I need advice!
Thanks yall
Thanks yall

You need to experiment a little, look up recipes on this site and others...livestrong is a good one. Good luck0

skinnytaste.com !
Theres low cal cookbooks out there. Google what you want to cook, e.g. porkchop, and add the word 'lowcal' and it'll come up with all kinds of healthy ideas.
I try to add in as many veg to a meal as possible. Filling and keeps the cals low.
Tomorrow is slow cooked chicken and potatoes, mango salsa and steamed green beans. Yumm and healthy!0
