I bake mine for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
Then I top with beans.
Sometimes while they're baking I top with shredded cheese0 -
Fish Tacos:
Ingreds:
- Lightly Breaded Flounder (frozen then baked or heated in a frying pan per the instructions 20 minutes) - 160 cals
- 2 Corn Tortillas heated in a frying pan (no oil) on stove top until a little crispy - 110 cals
- Fresh Garden Salsa (tomatoes, onions, peppers) - 20 cals
- Green Olive Cilantro Salsa - 15 cals
Assemble the tacos by cuting the baked flounder into strips and placing them into the crispy taco, add the fresh Garden Salsa, then the Celentro Salsa. You can add shreaded cheese depending on your desired cal count.0
