hi there, we recently got a treadmill and I find walking on it between 2.5-3.0 speed is really fun for myself I really sweat and feel the work out in my legs but the issue is I can only do about 30 minutes a day cause between my legs rub together and it hurts. it feels like i have a big spot even if i have on just shorts At first thought it was just my under cloths but it has to be my legs rubbing, anyone have any tips for this maybe lotion or something to put on my upper part my legs so it wont hurt thanks for any tips
thanks and hope this is the right spot for this to go.

maybe try baby powder to reduce the friction.0

Deodorant helps. Also, wear compression-type pants...if you don't like the way they look, wear loose pants over them.0

Boxer briefs, talc and shower right after your workout. If the boxer briefs don't help enough with the leg chaffing you can try cycling shorts/compression pants. Under Armour seems to be a popular choice.
Also, 30 minutes of treadmilling a day is fine if you're doing it just for the cardio. Just keep up the consistency. As your legs thin out it'll get easier and you can go longer/faster/harder/stronger (no porn intended).0 -
as others have suggested the boxer briefs are good.
There are a number off anti chafing products
monkey butt
bodyglide
chamois butter0 -

Totally out of topic..but if you mostly work out at home, also buy an adjustable set of dumbbells...you can buy them cheaply online. Some strength training will really accelerate your progress. Good luck and good job on starting this journey0

Deo
And Monistat has an anti chafing gel.0 -

Gold Bond in the groin can have a bit of a burn that takes some getting used to. But it's nice if you like that kind of thing. Makes the boys feel air-conditioned.0 -

I almost never run without compression shorts anymore. If I do, I'm quickly reminded why I make it a habit to wear them.
You can probably get a pair for 15-20 bucks at Wal-Mart or Target.0
