Health Goals for the week!

So I keep falling off the band wagon, and here is my attempt to get back on.
This week my fitness goal this week is to go to the gym for at least 30 minutes every day, Monday-Friday.
My nutrition goal this week is to not have any fast food!

Do you guys have any goals for the week/month/long-term?

    I have fallen off the wagon for a while now, so I just started back yesterday so my goal for the week is to journal everything and stick to my workout schedule for the rest of the week, which means working out Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

    Logging in the journal is definitely a good way to get back on track, I shall do that too!
