Heart rate monitor

I am taking in around 1000-1300 calories a day. I do an hour of cardio and burn around 450 calories. My polar ft4 has been programed for my hight/weight/sex and says I burned about 1500 calories for the day. My fitness pal says I need another 2500 calories for the day in addition to the calories I have already consumed. Why is this so high??. Also has anyone wore a heart rate monitor all day just to see how many calories you burn in a day?

You have to subtract your BMR from the number you got from wearing your HRM all day. (Or at least a percentage of your BMR based on the amount of time you wore it. You didn't really burn 1500 EXTRA calories.
