ratio of calories in vs calorie burn

does anyone know what the general ratio is?
my calories allowed are 1220 and i work out daily and burn atleast 600, sometimes more and my weight loss has slowed down, am i not eating enough? i work out harder on the weekends thinking im getting a little leg up on the week and then find out that come monday i havent lost anything (normal weigh day is friday)
any advise?

If you aren't eating back those calories then yes, you aren't eating enough. 600 calories is way beyond low. You're body needs fuel to function. The 1200 goal that you have already has a deficit built in to help you lose weight without exercise. By exercising you are creating a larger deficit and when that deficit gets too big your body will hold on to every last ounce it can just to keep you alive.0

I have mine set to sedentary with 1lb weight loss a week. This gives me 1730 a day. When I workout I get anywhere from 400 to 800 cals for that. I usually eat half of that back allowing for incorrect call burn info. So on any given day I could be taking in from 1930 to 2130.0
