I have been doing this app on and off for a year...I need to really stick with it and that is my plan this year. I have quite a bit I would like to loose so just need to keep plugging away.
I am a mom, wife, full time worker and part time student. My plate is full so trying to get in excercise can be hard but I am trying to make my self get at least 30 minutes in 5-6 times a week.
Any advice and encouragement will be much appreciated along teh way so please feel free to add me
