Great Tip for Low-Carbers

Got a great tip from a fabulously knowledgable friend of mine who is a certified trainer specializing in people who need to lose a lot of weight- when doing low-carb, it's very smart to go for about 12 weeks and then spend a week carb-loading. This is especially true if any of us are hitting any weight loss plateaus. I am not there yet but will be soon! She also said that you will gain WATER weight but as soon as you go back to low-carb, it'll come off and you will start losing. It RESETS your body. Makes sense to me so I am going for it. :)
