How do you add flax seeds to your diet? What are the benefits?

Dr. Oz turned me on to milled flax seed. I add a teaspoon to yogurt, peanut butter, veggies, potatoes, cereal, etc. It is a very high fiber food that helps with digestion.0

yep. make sure they are ground as your body can't digest whole flax seeds. I buy them whole and use a coffee grinder.0
