bedtime snack for AM run

I have been doing C25K and I do it first thing in the morning before I eat breakfast b/c if I don't have the time to wait long enough afterwards to do it so I do not feel nauseated.

What do you suggest as a snack in the evenings that will help me as the runs get more intense. I was thinking maybe a banana, nuts and milk. I don't know what would be a good bedtime snack.

    protein milk shakes loaded with fruits ? will stay in your stomach longer and will keep you satiated until morning ? That's what I do when I go workout real early in the morning.
