Hey folks, I'm Jennifer. I live in the DC area, Maryland side and though I've lost weight before I always seem to plateau around the 20-25 mark and get discouraged therefore 55 seems HUGE but with high cholesterol and low energy, I'm so ready to let go of as much as possible and so would really appreciate some motivators, encouragers and friends looking to achieve the same (or similar) goals or that are just willing to be my cheerleaders while I become one of theirs.
