If you run more than 4x week, how long are your runs? What is your warm up? Thanks!

It varies. Long runs are always over 8, up to 22 during marathon training. No warm up for those, i warm up while running. Recovery runs are 3-7 miles. Maybe I'll stretch a mile in, usually not. Speed/tempo workouts are usually 4-8 total miles, with a one mile warm up. Hill repeats end up being 4-5i total miles. 1-2 mile jog to the hill as a warm up, then 5-10 sprints up and a jog home.0
