Looking to start tracking- need an extra kick in the butt

But not too hard because my glutes are still smarting from this morning's workout...

I'm terrible at keeping journals which is why I've been opposed to the whole concept of tracking calories especially.
I started the year at nearly 152lbs and have been generally satisfied with my weight loss so far but would like to see more progress visually, especially with my stomach that always seems to be extended so today I decided to actually use the MFP resources and start tracking. I would really appreciate support so I don't slack on this. My biggest weakness is baguette.
