I have lost 31 lbs and although I am only 5lbs from my goal, can still look at my body and want to see improvement. I can't help but wonder what size I should I wear to be normal? What is "normal" anymore? Size 2, size, size 6? What are you trying to accomplish? I am 29 the mother of a 5 and 2 year old and wonder what is "normal" in today's standards?

I'm a size 8. I have wide hip bones though. I am working toward a size 6 but not wanting to lose a whole lot more weight to do it. I just want to work on firming and toning. Normal for 1 person may not be for another. I'm just shooting for the middle of the healthy weight range for my height and age.

I would just strive to be healthy and not worry about what numbers my clothes have on them. As long as your BMI is in a healthy range then whatever size you are is normal for you.:flowerforyou:

Two things are different for you now than a decade ago. One, your age. Two, your hip bones after having children. So whatever you do, don't go for the body of an 18 year old, but rather for an awesome healthy "mommy" body as you approach your 30s. Being 35, I'm learning that "looking good for my age", is pretty awesome. Congratulations on your great success. You should be extremely proud.
