From almost "obese" to almost "healthy" BMI!

I was feeling really discouraged tonight. I was at my calorie limit already, still hungry (despite healthy food choices all day), and just unsure that I would have what it takes to really get/stay healthy in the long run. But then I realized a few things...

1) In mid-December, I was just two pounds away from having a BMI in the obese range. Today, I am just six pounds from being in the "healthy" BMI range!

2) All of my pre-pregnancy pants now fit again (and as much as I love the elastic waistbands in my pregnancy pants, they completely fall down when I try to wear them, LOL)

3) And so, I had a cup of my favorite herbal tea, read some awesome success stories of MFP folks, and I realized I CAN DO THIS. :-)
