Help! I haven't had my whey protein in months and vaguely remember using the scoop for something else a while back and throwing it out. I'm sure it was a good idea at the time but now... not so much.
So... can anyone who has Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein pretty please do me a favor and measure out what 1 scoop (34g) is in TBSP? I would appreciate it SO much!!!
Thanks!
Jenn

I don't have that brand but I think a tbsp is usually around 14.3 grams
Edit...could be off but that's what I found on google...0 -

Although it's a "best guess" as tbsp is a measure of volume and gram is a measure of mass.

Yeah I was also counting on it being roughly 2 TBSP after looking at some online conversions for table salt, flour, etc. Was just wondering if someone actually had the scoop for that brand. No biggie though, I can just estimate until I buy a new one
