breast asymmetry questions and concerns

Hello all! A close friend of mine is trying to lose weight along with me (apparently I'm inspirational), but she has expressed some rather personal questions and concerns about her breast asymmetry. I was unable to answer her questions, and google suggested surgery. I'd like to know your opinion and possible experiences with this. Her right breast is a DD and the left she complains is a whole cup size larger. Her weight has always fluctuated, but she hopes to lose between 25 and 40 pounds. What has been your experience in breast asymmetry and weight loss? Did it improve, worsen, or remain the same? Have you turned to surgery? How did that go? What was the cost, recovery time, etc? Tell us what you know on the topic of breast asymmetry.
