Dear all,
I've been following (yes I have cheated occasionally!) My Fitness Pal for about 3 months now. I have lost about 5 pounds in total. I was hoping to lose more but it just doesn't seem to be coming off. I've been exercising and sticking to the 1200 calories per day. I have not lost anything for about 1 month now and I was wondering...is this normal?!!
Thank you! x

since you don't have a lot to lose, it's going to come off very slowly. Consider upping your caloric intake to the neighborhood of 1400 calories. 1200 is awfully low for someone who is only slightly overweight.0

How tall are you and what do you currently weigh? Are you sure you need to lose 20lbs or is that just what you want to lose?0
