Thought I out to introduce myself.
I'm Rosie, I'm 18 and from Britain.
I used to weigh 15 stone (210 LB's) and using the weight watchers discovery plan (old points) I got down to 7 stone 11 (109 LB's). But towards the end of my weight watchers journey I realised I was on less than 800 calories a day (16 points) and it REALLY wasn't healthy any more. I'm trying to eat more and get back into shape (it's infuriating having no energy when you go the gym 5 times a week) so i'm using this as a way of working out how much MORE I should be eating in a day (kinda the opposite to what I used to have to do). It's nice to meet you all! :D

I'm not really using the food diary this week because I'm at my mums house and she likes cooking proper meals, if I started weighing out carrots, I think she'd kill me. But if I could look at anyone else's diary to see how I should be eating, that would be amazing. :smile:
