30DS twice a day?

Has anybody done 30DS twice a day and found any difference? I had introduced a couple of my friends to it at uni and now they both want to do it (and we can't all do it at the same time) so I thought I could do it with both of them.

I have done it once today already but thought I could do it after my 2hr netball training session tonight, is this likely to effect my performance in a netball match tomorrow?

    Sometimes I would do it twice a day (morning and evening). Once I even did it three times. I had already been doing it for a few weeks at that time, so I wasn't over doing it and it didn't make me sore to do it more than once a day.

    30DS killed my knees I would try to do 2 levels a day back to back and it nearly crippled me. It all depends on how good your knees are, but no I didn't see a difference in my overall weightloss.

    i've done it twice or 2 levels back to back, i don't know if it made a bit difference or not b/c i never got huge results from it to begin with. i think for me it was good when i doubled up on it to make up for those days i went over in cals,lol
