Anyone follow a low GI diet? Does it work?
I'm just aware things like porridge and nuts have a hell of allot more calories in then things like the 30 grams of cheerios I eat for breakfast with a banana.
Maybe a slice of linseed toast with a poached egg on or porridge with blueberries would be better for me first thing in the morning? I find I get dizzy spells as it gets near to lunch.

The best part of low GI is feeling full and not hungry. I love it for that reason. You still have to track calories, but you aren't starving all the time. :-)0
