One of my favorite MFP'ers, Allie_71, needs our help. Her son is involved in a Lego invention competition and he needs our votes!!! Let's all join together and help one of our own out!

    Yes. Thank you! And this is a kind and unexpected gesture on my friends' part. They are the Socialites and their invention is Bridging the Gap. The judges vote on the best and most viable invention, but I think number of votes cast gets their idea noticed. It's very feasable and has been well received by the seniors and the nursing homes that they presented them to. The kids came up with the idea themselves, they have to get the patent themselves and do everything on their own. All us parents can do is get their idea some attention. They've worked really hard on this and are now going to be one of 80 representatives at the world competition in St. Louis :))

    Thank you Jodi for doing this, and to everyone for acknowledging their hard work. My son texted all of his team members to tell them that lots of people have been voting and they're crazy excited:heart:

    Will do when I get home tonight, can't do at work computer and will share on my FB page, my family LOVES doing things like this to help kids get recognized for their hard work and learning!
