Looking for before and after pics...,

I'm sure this is a long shot but I'm looking for before and after pics of a female, about 5'4", who went from around 230 to around 125...Just to get an idea of what that kind of change looks like on that height.

Thanks! :)

ETA My start weight was 229 in February 2011. I lost 85 lbs in 18 months and then 10 lbs in the past 6 months. My goal weight is 130s so I'm there. I ate around 1800 my first couple of months, then around 1600-1700 for about a year, and then up to 1900-2100-ish. I exercise 5-6 days per week for 30-60 minutes. Good luck!

Thanks! I'm currently 224 and my goal is 127.

About what weight did you hit size 10? I have this gorgeous J. Crew dress that I bought for motivation that's been hanging in my closet for years. :( I can't wait to be able to wear it.

I think I first starting buying 10s in the 150s or 160s but it depends so much on brand and body shape. And I'm not sure about dresses. I'm pretty hippy

What sort of fitness have u been doing????

Thanks! :blushing: I started out doing exercise bike, then I started doing DVDs, like kickboxing and body weight and dumbbells type stuff. I joined the gym in May, and I do cardio and weights there. I have hip problems and am still trying to figure out what I can and can't do. For now, I have stopped heavy squats and deads. I do upper body lifting (think overhead press, chest press) and low impact cardio machines. I recently restarted body weight squats, lunges, etc and we will see how that goes. I do plenty of other body weight training like push ups, assisted chin ups, etc. Hiking and walking when the weather cooperates.

I am 5' 4". I started out 215 at the end of my pregnancy. I am now around 142ish. I am working on losing about 7 more. So close to your numbers but not exactly. Anyway, here it is.
