my new favorite breakfast - omelette sandwiches (to go!)

Its the easiest thing in the world. all you need is egg and pita and whatever you want to stuff the omelette with.

you just cook the omelette like normal, but making sure you put it in a half moon shape. then cut a pita pocket in half, and place the omelette in the pocket. (i like to toast it a bit)

and you have a quick, healthy, easy breakfast that you can eat on the go!
