Helpf for beginner?

Not me, actually, but bear me out, huh?

When I started MFP, one of the things that I found helped a lot was these "challenges" where you are doing the same workout as your friends (everyone does 30 Day Shred together, or the Spartacus workout or some number of squats). I've got my own set of workouts now, but I was wondering if anyone had used a really basic (and very beginner-level) fitness challenge that lasted either a month of 60 days...and would be willing to share it.

Day 1:
Day 2:
Day 3:

etc. I want to be able to invite my friends to do a challenge with me, but they are not yet up to 30DS or Insanity so I'm looking for something that will be both functional and allow success. Heaven knows that helped me (my first challenge was just in minutes, though).
