back exercises

I seem to have it down (exercise) with just about every area except my back. I have weight there that I have not been able to get rid of. I know a general weight loss will get rid of most of it but I seem to have come to a screeching halt with weight loss and although I'm pretty happy with the way my body is shaping up, the back fat is getting to me! Any suggestions?

    Spot-reduction is a myth.

    Your body picks where the fat comes off. No exercise will make that happen. For strengthening and just overal working out your back, though, I'd suggest deadlifts and bent over rows.

    Just keep at the weight loss the fat will eventually start to drop off.
