Pizza Delivery Drivers- tips, stories, tricks

So I start my brand new job as a pizza driver tonight. I've got a lot of food service experience, including pizza, but never delivery. What am I in for? Do you make decent money? Any crazy stories?

    I did it for about a year. Bad weather days bring big tips. Rich neighborhoods are crappy tippers. Finding the house was sometimes a problem, but this was in the days before GPS systems.

    I have a friend who does pizza driver. she was jumped one time 2 years ago. she must like the job since she is still doing it. all I can say is be careful. and there isn't much you can do for tips. ppl are getting to be *kitten*...like the lady that wrote on the tip line for apple bees
