Lets make it a FIT TUESDAY:

• 100 jumping jacks
• 50 squats
• 25 push-ups
• 2 min plank [rest after one min if needed]
• 25 crunches/sit-ups

    I like this post! Great idea. I forgot today was "Fat Tuesday". I don't do the whole doughnut thing anyway but this is a cool idea!
