Hi all!
I've been trying to get more muscle and look toner without getting fat. I usually eat healthy, but I always feel bad about myself when i eat almond butter or peanut butter, i have it almost everyday but I dont exceed over 2 tablespoons a day. Will this make me fat?

It'll make you fat if you eat it in excess of your calorie allotment/burn0

In my experience, you can eat nearly anything in moderation and not get fat. Just make sure you account for those calories and you're all set. Almond butter/peanut butter doesn't seem like a bad indulgence at all0
