I am all about emercing myself in whatever it is I am doing! I'm Mollie and I am 42 and started a couch to 5k last weekend and am also changing my eating habits!! I have about 50# to lose and have tried doing so several times... but I can tell this time is different. This time I have support and encouragement from those who matter and I am going to suceed!

So I have never been an athlete and have struggled with my weight for many years! Making exercise a routine in my life will be a big accomplishement! I am a divorced mother of an 11 yr and am in a relationship with a supporting, wonderful man who is so right for me! I am very happy and blessed. Now its time to start 'feeling' more like that!

I am hoping to exercise 3x a week (minimum) and with cutting calories to drop a good amount by summer. I need to keep the motivation flowing and my head in it! Half the battle -right!!
