Hello
We have an XBox Kinnect. My 4 year old LOVES to play "Once upon a Monster" ( a sesame street game). It is quite the work out. You work your arms a lot, but there is dancing with it as well. I don't have a HRM so I have no idea how to count it. I know after 30-45 min of playing I am very tired and have broken a good sweat.. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Joni

Probably not a lot, sweat isn't a good indicator of effort. Maybe use about 1/2 what it gives for light aerobics?0

Couldn't you do it yourself. Take your heart beat rate by placing your fingers on the neck, count for 15 seconds, multiply by 4 and then google: how many calories burned with ??? HRM. You might be surprised.0
